Track 1 — Starting September 2026
Pathway to Self-Leadership™
Before you can lead others, you must first learn to lead yourself.
In just four weeks, your teen won't simply become a better speaker — they'll become a more confident leader, a stronger communicator, and a more authentic version of themselves.
Week 1 — Know Yourself to Lead Yourself
Discover the first three Inner Powers of Self-Leadership. Learn to trust your inner voice, understand how mindset shapes confidence, and begin developing your presence through interactive speaking exercises.
Week 2 — Discover Your Voice & Personal Brand
Deliver your first teach-back presentation and receive peer coaching. Explore four Inner Powers focused on energy, time, choices, and habits — and learn how everyday decisions shape your character.
Week 3 — Activate Your Purpose & Presence
Discover your natural strengths and unique gifts. Deliver a polished presentation using storytelling and authentic connection. Learn how purpose grows from recognizing the leader only you can become.
Week 4 — Own the Room
Deliver your signature Leadership Identity Statement with confidence. Celebrate your growth, earn your Speak & Lead™ Certificate of Completion, and graduate as a Certified Leader — ready for Track 2.

4-Week Speak & Lead™ Certification Course
A transformative four-week journey where students build lasting leadership and communication skills — and graduate as Speak & Lead™ Certified Leaders.
- Tuesdays: Sept. 8, 15, 22 & 29
- 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm

Speak & Lead™ Experience Night
Come experience Speak & Lead™ before you enroll. Meet the founders, experience the heart behind the program, and discover if it's the right fit for your family.
