The program that changes everything.
This isn't a workshop. It's a transformation. Over four high-energy, hands-on sessions, students discover who they are, find their voice, and develop the communication and leadership skills they'll carry into every classroom, interview, stage, and opportunity life places before them.

Create Your Personal Brand
Who are you beyond your grades, activities, and titles? Students explore their strengths, values, and what they want to stand for — then bring it to life by creating their own personal brand identity.
Make Your Message Matter
Students learn the fundamentals of professional speaking through storytelling, expression, movement, vocal variety, and audience connection. Great speaking isn't about memorizing words — it's about making people feel something.
Upshift Your Presence
Before you say a word, you're already communicating. Students explore body language, energy, eye contact, nerves, and the subtle signals that shape how others experience them. Walk in like you belong there — because you do.
Present Like a Boss
Students put it all together in a final presentation that celebrates how far they've come. They'll practice thinking on their feet, communicating with clarity, and stepping forward as the next version of themselves.

Speak & Lead™ isn't just a four-week course — it's a progressive leadership journey designed to help students grow in confidence, communication, and influence over time. Each pathway builds upon the last, equipping students with the skills, mindset, and real-world experience to become authentic leaders who make a difference in their schools, communities, careers, and beyond.
Self-Leadership
Every great leader begins by leading themselves.
Students build a strong foundation through the 11 Inner Powers of Self-Leadership™, learning how to manage their thoughts, emotions, choices, confidence, communication, and personal responsibility. Through engaging teach-back presentations, students practice leadership principles while developing professional speaking skills and real presentation experience.
Leading Others
Great leaders inspire growth in others.
Once students learn to lead themselves, they begin learning how to lead teams, projects, conversations, and change. Students explore coaching techniques, navigating conflict, giving and receiving feedback, leading through change using the 6-PATH™ Method, and professional presentation skills using PowerPoint, video, and interactive delivery.
Mastering Leadership
Become the next greatest version of yourself.
This advanced pathway helps students discover their unique leadership style and transform ideas into influence. Working one-on-one with their coach, students develop a compelling 15-minute signature presentation while receiving personalized coaching, intensive video feedback, leadership mentoring, and presentation refinement.
Speak & Lead LIVE™
What does the next generation have to say?
Each year, eight outstanding students will be selected to present an inspiring 15-minute TEDx-style leadership talk at the Speak & Lead LIVE™ Community Showcase — sharing their message with families, educators, business leaders, and the community. Selected presentations will be professionally recorded for college applications, scholarships, and future speaking opportunities.
